Relationships are difficult. I work on building communication to help each partner feel seen, heard and understood. We often find ourselves in cycles or patterns of interacting with each other. Learning about these patterns can help us find new ways to bring closer to our partner. Increasing communication, connection and intimacy.

I have a specialized Masters's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy that looks at how people relate to each other. Specializing in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), I work with couples and families looking to restore communication and connection with each other. Healing past hurts and moving together to a better future.
